Fall Leaves

After Justin's game Saturday we decided to take the kids up AF Canyon and get some exporing in. We are taking advantage of every weekend to go on the Rhino before the really cold weather hits. We were so amazed once again at how beautiful all the changing leaves are. If you are wanting to see them.. DON'T WAIT! They will be gone very soon.

I just couldn't stop taking pictures of all the beautiful trees, and these pictures just don't do it justice. I love the red coloring, but there wasn't much left.

The kids were laughing soo hard after this jump!

Football Mania

Yes, we are still in football mode, and I think we will be for the next couple of week at least, unless they make the playoffs then for a few more weeks. Anyways Justin's football team lost by a touchdown this past Saturday, but J had one of his best games ever.
3 TOUCHDOWNS!!! some great hits and 1, 2 point conversion. I did manage to get one of the touchdowns on video (hence the video clip below). I haven't been as good with the video's because Justin's team hired someone to tape the games for us. So at the end of the year we are hoping to have a really cool highlight video! Justin had quite the crowd at the game Saturday... Grampa, Uncle Marc, Kael, Suz, PomPom, Jacquelyn & Josh! Thanks to everyone who came to the game, Justin really does love that he has such a supportive family, and so do I! GO KNIGHTS!!!!

Puppy Love

Last week when I picked Kaden up from school, this is what I saw....

They were learning about the letter "C". He told me that they read a couple of "Clifford" books
Isn't my little boy so cute!!!

Camping

I know, no one would believe me unless I had pictures to prove it. Surprisingly we had a great time, well except for sleeping. Check out the set-up! I told our friends that we wouldn't go camping with anyone else. We even had an outdoor potty :)

Game Day!

We had another full Saturday of Soccer and Football.

Kaden was really excited to get his trophy and metal!

Justin had another great game 1 touchdown, 2-point conversions & 5 tackles
(he almost had 3 other touchdowns, 1 was called back, 1 he was rushing and was literally a hair short, and the other he got caught a couple yards before the end zone.)

Exploring

One night last week we took the kids up the canyon exploring on the Rhino. Now is the time to be exploring in the mountians, the leaves are incredible!

Look at this awesome sign that Brittany helped me make for the boys to run through :)
I love having my family here! So Lindsey and Jake move here :)

Congrats Britt on your first college golf tournament!!!

Birthday Boy!

I can't believe that my baby just turned 4 years old. Where has the time gone? Here are a couple pictures from Kaden's party Sunday night. Thanks to everyone for calling him or coming and making his birthday a special day.

Lindsey & Jake

I was trying to redeem myself for not taking any pictures when we were in Houston for Lindsey and Jake's wedding by taking a couple at their second reception in St. George. It was quite a whirlwind of a trip, Morgan and hopped in the car with John and Emma right after Justin's football game Saturday and then got up early Sunday morning to be back home for Kaden's birthday. Morgan was so excited to see Lindsey in her wedding dress.

Kaden's soccer game / Justin's football

Yes this is what our lives are all about! First Kaden's soccer game, and then rush to Justin's football games. I was almost lucky enough to see Kaden score, but he missed the goal just barely wide.

Justin's team won their game. He had 2 touchdowns, one of them a kick off return and 2 two point conversions. It was a great day for sports!

Frogs

The other day I was looking through my camera so I could get ready for Justin's game. I came across about 20 pictures of "frogs" I thought it was really funny, but that blanket is disgusting!

Kaden's first day of pre-school

Even though have have been horrible about taking pictures (aka my sister's wedding) I did manage to take a few of Kaden on his first day of school. Where does the time go? He was so excited to start school like Justin and Morgan. And just like his sister there was no separation anxiety AT ALL! I had to warn him that I would be walking him to the door everyday so that he wouldn't give me a hard time when it came time to do so. What a cute BIG boy!

Kaden coloring his school bag

Hanging up his bag under his name

Rhinoing

We love our new little toy. We took the kids on another Rhino trip a week ago up Provo canyon and you can tell by the dirt on our faces that we had a blast. I love living in Utah, the views are spectacular and unbelievable!

Lots to talk about

I originally was going to make all these posts separate, but lets be honest I have been a horrible blogger lately. So here it goes..... lots of things to talk about....

Summer is still here in Utah, well at least it was a week ago, so April, Emma Suz Jenny Barlow and I decided to meet at the American Fork pool while the rest of the kids were at school. We had a great time in the nice warm sun and the pool was not crowded at all, which rarely happens.

Next.. Jacquelyn's birthday! I love living close to my family so that we are able to celebrate special days with them. Happy 23rd (lucky) Birthday Jacquelyn! I love you tons!

Justin's first football game! I love football season, well at least Justin's football season. These are some pictures I took from his first football and soccer game. They lost their football game by 2 points, but Justin had a 74 yard touchdown and over 100 yards rushing. They won their soccer game 15-0 and J had 5 goals.
