Last Sunday the guys had some fire training. They have lit this house on fire a couple of times this past week too. We had to bring Brian some extra clothes so we got to see a little of the action.

Welcome Party!
Last weekend we had a party for my new little niece, Jane. We don't get girls very often in this family, and she was the first girl born to David and Jenny, so we thought we needed to celebrate!! Welcome baby Jane!!!
Can you tell Morgan LOVES to hold Jane? She even has a cute little nickname for her, it's "Mini Jane"

USS Midway & Padres Game

One Friday we headed back into San Diego to tour the USS Midway. It is an aircraft carrier that you are able to tour at your own pace with an audio recording. It's funny how getting older makes you appreciate things more, like history. If you are ever able to tour an aircraft carrier I would recommend it. They even let you sit in old airplanes (the kids thought that was pretty cool) It is definitely fascinating to see how they live, and gives you a greater appreciation for our Navy.
Later that night we all went to the Padres game. We had bleacher seats and in front was this huge sand pit that the kids were able to play in. It made the game enjoyable for both the adults and little kids. The Padres ended up winning 2-1 for anyone interested.
Sea World
I am having so much fun putting these together. Hopefully one day I will really make them into a book like I think I will.
Here are some pictures that I took from our day at SeaWorld! There was so much to see there. We could have gone back another day. Sea World reminds me of when I was a kid we used to go to the one in San Antonio, TX. I loved Sea World, I always thought that one day I would be a dolphin trainer. Wouldn't that be the coolest job ever!
