Our little girl started Kindergarten today, and yes I got in the car after dropping her off and balled my eyes out. I guess it really doesn't matter if you are ready for them to go or not, the reality of your kids getting older is hard (at least for me). She was so brave and excited to go. She never looked back!

Ready or not...
It's Game time
And I mean game time! Justin had a football game in the morning and
then a soccer game in the evening. They lost both games but he still
did great. During his football game he had a fumble recovery and also
another big tackle at the end of the game to save a touchdown! In
soccer their team only scored one goal and he had the assist. Needless
to say he was really tired when we got home. Here are some pictures.

Well I was going to wait until I got more pictures from the trip until I blogged, but I have you know Mom is the only one who has sent them to me (I know, hard to believe). I guess I will do my part of the blogging and you will have to look at all the others to get thier parts!! I excpect to see them soon.

Justin's Football Game
Well we survived our first football game. It was really fun to watch and Justin did great. He played running back, wide receiver & saftey. I have to say my favorite moment of the game was when Justin "lit up" the guy running with the ball right in front of us! I never thought I would cheer so hard for a tackle. Here are some pictures I got from the game.

Birthday's

Well I am officially 29! Yikes!! I had a great day. Brian got me a porch swing, which is being put together, and took me to lunch with the kids. Thanks to everyone who called. I just had to show a picture of my favorite birthday card. Can you tell who picked it out? I was also surprised by the big fire truck pulling up in front of my house, honking until I came out, and singing "Happy Birthday" Later that night I was also surprised by Jacquelyn, Josh, Lindsey, David, Jenny and the kids who came over to hang out and have a birthday treat. Mia do you recognize it? Thanks for making it a special day for me. Love you guys!!!
ARE YOU READY FOR SOME FOOTBALL

CONGRATS BRITT!!

For anyone who didn't hear the news yet, I just pulled this off of the internet. Way to go Britty!! Wish we could have been there!
DAY 1 RECAP:
Girls 16-18 Senior-to-be Brittany Butler (2008 Sugar Land, TX) had the potential to go super low with three birdies and an eagle 3 on the par-5 18. Her first round also included two double-bogeys which left her with a 78.
DAY 2 RECAP:
No change at the top of the leader board as Brittany Butler closed with a 78 to finish one shot clear of Shannon Jungman. Kaylin Terry, Katie Paxton, and Megan Victorick held their ground and rounded out the top 5 with Terry’s 76 being the low round of the group.

LOOKS LIKE WE MADE IT!

10 YEARS AND COUNTING ...
Brian surprised me Wed. afternoon with a sweet letter, a dozen yellow roses and note telling me that we would be going to Park City for a couple of days. The trip started off with him picking me up in a red Corvette! For those of you who don't know the signifigance we had a Mustang convertable on our honeymoon! It was a beautiful drive through the canyon and we got to Park City late Wed. afternoon and got home Thursday.
One of the things that we did was ride the bobsled at the Olympic Park. It was awesome!!! You get going about 4 "G's"
We had such a great time together. I love you Brian. Thanks for making these days so special for me. I will never forget it.
