Pinewood Derby '09. Justin took 3rd place this year, pretty good for not ever building a car.

Birthday Boy

Today is Justin's 10th birthday. I can't believe he is already 10! Where has the time gone. Wasn't it just yesterday that we held and saw you for the first time? I can't believe how lucky I am to have such a wonderful, sweet, tender hearted son like you J.

Kaden's life

This is Kaden's life these days. (playing the Wii). We have beat the Indiana Jones game, and working now on Batman Lego's & Ninja Turtles (but Jacquelyn seems to be the only one that can climb walls). I kind of fell like Mom and Dad when we got the Nintendo and our family was trying to beat the Mario Brother's game. Mom and Dad would send us to bed and they would play for hours! Yeah that's me now, but with Kaden since he can't go outside and run and play. Only 3 1/2 more weeks to go YIKES!!!

p.s. we really do more that just the Wii I promise :)

Mother's Day present

I am so excited!!!!!!! I got the coolest mother's day present. My SLR camera. I am so excited for the next sporting event to go and take some pictures. I have been making the kids go outside for me and move around a lot to try it out and it is awesome!!! Thanks Bri

Hitching a ride

As always there is a conflict on how the kids want to go to school. Last week Morgan had gymnastics and didn't want to ride her bike, but Justin did, so they compromised....

Poor Baby

We had the first broken bone at our house this week. Can you guess who it was???? Yep it's Kaden, I know that's a big surprise. The sad thing is that he wasn't even doing anything crazy. He was just in the backyard with Justin paying soccer. Justin was playing the goalie and Kaden was trying to score on him. Every time he would score he would celebrate, but the time he got hurt he decided to add a twist to his celebration, lost his footing and fell right on his shoulder. We knew right away that something was wrong. We took him to the doctor's office and immediately the Dr said he had broken his clavicle but wanted to confirm it with an x-ray. It was true. So here sits my poor little crazy boy that can't do much of anything for 4 weeks. TORTURE!!!!!
